With reference to the above, we wish to inform that the Conference Call/earnings call (through digital means) arranged by Investec India, between the investors/analysts and the management of the Company was held today, wherein Shri Girish Kousgi, Managing Director & CEO, Shri Amitabh Chatterjee, Dy. Managing Director, Smt. Shamila M, Business Head and Shri Prashanth Shenoy, DGM of the Company participated in the discussions. The same was moderated by Shri Prateek Saxena from Investec India.

The subject matter of discussions was on Q4FY22 financial results, future business prospects for the industry, asset quality, liquidity, growth, capital adequacy, debt equity ratio, borrowings, loan book, liquidity coverage ratio, loan book, geographies, cost, NIM, increase in provisions, etc. which are covered in detail in the 'Investor Presentation' already submitted to the stock exchange(s), post Q4FY22 results meeting.

We also wish to inform that Shri Girish Kousgi, MD & CEO of the Company was interviewed today, regarding Q4FY22 results, by ET Now (10:15 a.m.), Zee Business (10:40 a.m.) and CNBC TV18 (11:30 a.m.).

On a clarification sought by CNBC TV18, Shri Girish Kousgi clarified that the rumors about his resignation are baseless and he intends to be in the Company till the end of his tenure i.e., September 2024. Further, regarding outcome of Audit/investigation, on a clarification sought by them regarding any abnormalities, he mentioned that everything is in the normal course of business.
