MIGDAL HAEMEK, Israel – February 10, 2004 – Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT) announced today that it received an order for multiple Pegasus systems from a Taiwanese-based leading global provider of semiconductor manufacturing services. The order, valued at approximately $2.2 million, followed an extensive evaluation against competing systems. The bulk of the order will be delivered and installed in the current quarter.

Reuven Azrouel, Camtek Taiwan’s VP of Sales, commented: “This customer manufactures a wide range of complex Chip Scale Package (CSP) and BGA substrates. The Pegasus’ ability to handle this complexity while delivering high level of defect detection at high throughput has won the order.”
