F6: On September 25, 2008 the remaining 213,074 shares held by the 2003 Five Year Trust were transferred to a trust created by me on March 31, 1999 (the "1999 Gift Trust") for the benefit of an adult son of mine who does reside with me (see note 10). I am a co-trustee of this trust. I do not have the power to revoke this trust.
