On March 21, 2005 the investment manager to this trust sold 3,000 shares in error without the authorization of the trustees. On December 7, 2005, following the discovery of the error, the sale was rescinded (that is, shares were purchased equal to the number of shares sold, and the investment manager made the trust whole by paying to the trust the difference in price).

F6: I disclaim beneficial ownership of 1,000 shares held by a trust for the benefit of my step-daughter of which I am co-trustee. (Reported pursuant to Rule 16a-8(b)(2)).

On March 21, 2005 the investment manager to this trust sold 1,000 shares in error without the authorization of the trustees.
