Unlike phantom stock units which can be settled in cash or stock, these restricted stock units may only be settled in stock and therefore may be included in Table I. Previous grants of restricted stock units of 35,069 which may only be settled in stock were incorrectly transferred from Table I to Table II in a Form 4A filed on November 14, 2003. Those 35,069 restricted stock units have now been included in the balance on Table I.
