Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ‐ (“SEBI LODR”)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to the disclosure made by the Company on 10[th] February 2021 regarding closure directions dated 9[th] February 2021 issued by the Regional Officer of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (“MPCB”) directing the Company to close its manufacturing unit situated at Plot D‐ 2/3, MIDC, Tarapur, District Palghar, Maharashtra on account of alleged violations of the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the rules made thereunder. Based on the Company’s representation and pursuant to subsequent directions issued by MPCB, the unit was closed on 22[nd] February 2021.

We wish to inform you that MPCB, vide its letter dated 1[st] March 2021 has issued Restart Directions with respect to the Company’s aforementioned manufacturing unit subject to the Company fulfilling certain terms and conditions. Your Company has immediately initiated necessary steps for fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned in the said directions. The manufacturing unit shall now be functional from 2[nd] March 2021.
