Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with respect to the clarification sought by the exchange on the announcement submitted by the Company to the exchange on February 10, 2021, regarding closure of the Company's manufacturing unit situated at Plot D‐ 2/3, MIDC, Tarapur, District Palghar on account of alleged violations of the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, and the rules made thereunder.

We clarify as under:

1. Expected financial implications, if any, due to compensation, penalty, etc. :

No compensation or penalty is expected at this stage. Financial implication, in case of closure, during the period of closure will be in relation to the margin on the revenue lost by the unit which is not ascertainable at this stage. However, kindly note that the concerned unit generated total revenue of INR 326 crores during the financial year 2019‐20.

2. Quantum of claims, if any :
