Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

In accordance with the Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

Camellia has been notified that Tom Franks, Chief Executive of the Company, yesterday purchased 100 Camellia Plc (LEI: 213800QKY5L2AC1NFX23) ordinary shares of 10p each (identification Code - GB00016678), by means of an acquisition on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 6874 pence per share.   

Following the purchase, Tom Franks is interested in 200 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0072% of the total number of voting rights of the Company.

Camellia has been notified that Susan Walker, Chief Finance Officer of the Company, yesterday purchased 120 Camellia Plc (LEI: 213800QKY5L2AC1NFX23) ordinary shares of 10p each (identification Code - GB00016678), by means of an acquisition on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 6874 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Susan Walker is interested in 220 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0080% of the total number of voting rights of the Company.
