Death of Senior Independent Non-executive Director

It is with profound sadness that the Board of Camellia Plc (CAM.L, Camellia) shares the news that Senior Independent non-executive Director, Chris Relleen has sadly passed away.

Malcolm Perkins, Chairman said: "Chris joined the Board in 2006 as a non-executive director, and we will remember Chris' contribution to the Board and miss his wise counsel, humility and humour.  We are deeply saddened by his passing and the thoughts of everyone at Camellia are with Chris's family and friends.  We extend our deepest sympathies to them."
