Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the company’s “code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons”, the Company has already intimated to the Stock Exchange on December 29, 2020 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from January 01, 2021 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
