Sub: Update - Intimation of incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is with reference to our letter dated April 15, 2024 regarding Intimation of proposed incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary.

We hereby wish to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has today approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary in the name of N2T1 AI Solutions Private Limited on April 28, 2024. The notification of the same is received by the Company from MCA on April 28, 2024 at 13.29 p.m.

The details as required under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given below:
