This is with reference to our letter dated June 23, 2023 regarding acquisition of Appshark Software, Inc., USA.
On recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., October 13, 2023, in partial modification of its earlier resolution dated June 23, 2023, approved revised acquisition strategy to acquire 100% stake in Appshark Software, Inc.
The revised/updated details as required under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given below:
