The company has received the following information from Cambridge Innovation Capital LLC., USA, a wholly owned step down subsidiary.
Presently, Cambridge Innovation Capital LLC holds 329,497 shares representing 1.132% ownership in EasyKnock, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Cambridge Innovation Capital LLC sold 63,888 shares of EasyKnock, Inc, for a consideration of US $241,349.70 to Viola Fintech I, L.P. a Luxembourg limited partnership. As per the terms of understanding between the parties, the consideration for the said sale has been received.
