We wish to inform you that present term of Mr. Sridhar Lalpet as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company is upto November 12, 2024. The Board of Directors by way of passing resolution through Circulation today has approved the following:

1. Re-appointment of Mr. Sridhar Lalpet (DIN 02539952) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a further period of 5 (five) years from the expiry of his present term, that is, November 13, 2024 and recommended the same to Shareholders for their approval.

2. Revised notice calling 25[th] AGM to include the above stated business for Shareholders approval.

companies. Also worked as Accounts Manager in Hyderabad Allwyn Limited, an AP State Government Company. He is a graduate, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also a holder of Diploma in information System Audit from ICAI. He is also a licentiate in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India.
