Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our disclosure dated October 01, 2021 intimating resignation of Mr. Venkateswara Rao Kasi Motaparthy, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors has passed a resolution on October 07, 2021 to accept and take note of the resignation tendered by Mr. Venkateswara Rao Kasi Motaparthy from the position of Independent Director of the Company.
Further, the Board placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and support by Mr. Venkateswara Rao Kasi Motaparthy during his tenure as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company and as a member of Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Finance Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Also, the Board has passed resolutions reconstituting the above said Committees in which Mr. Motaparthy was member.
