This is with reference to our letter dated June 11, 2020 intimating stock exchanges of incorporation of step down wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company namely, "CT Software Solutions SDN. BHD." as a private company, limited by shares [bearing registration number 202001013747 (1370067-H)] registered in Malaysia and letter dated August 25, 2020 Intimating further investment in the said Step-Down Subsidiary. The above said entity is wholly owned subsidiary of Cambridge Technology Investments Pte. Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
We wish to inform you that "CT Software Solutions SDN. BHD." changed its name to “CT Asia SDN. BHD.” The reason to change the name of said entity is due to rebranding which may help it to reach more customers across geographies.
