We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., August 13, 2024 has inter-alia, considered and approved the following:

1. To convene 25[th] Annual General Meeting of the members of Company on Monday, the 30[th] day of September, 2024 at 03.00 PM IST through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM’) means.

1. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2024 to September 30, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 25[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. The cut-off date for determining the Members who are entitled to vote through Remote e- voting or e-voting at the said Annual General Meeting shall be September 23, 2024.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 02.20 PM and concluded at 03.42 PM.
