Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Omega Diagnostics (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused CD4, infectious diseases, food intolerance and allergy testing, announces that it has allotted 45,000 new ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by an ex-employee.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 45,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 4 June 2020.

After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 150,622,010 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 150,622,010. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
