Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that it was notified on 23 April 2018 that Kieron Harbinson, Group Finance Director of the Company has purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 13.05 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of these shares Mr Harbinson will be interested in 606,617 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
