Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that Jag Grewal, Group Sales and Marketing Director of the Company, purchased 31,309 ordinary shares in the Company at 19.12p per share on 28 November 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Grewal's total beneficial holding has increased to 99,913 ordinary shares representing 0.09 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
