Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that David Evans, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 173,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 15p per share on 27 November 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Evans' total beneficial holding has increased to 3,043,634 ordinary shares representing 2.8 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
