Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that the following Directors of the Company have today purchased ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company as follows:

Jag Grewal	19,691	30.25 pence

Following this transaction, Mr Shepherd's total beneficial holding has increased to 2,677,206 ordinary shares representing 2.46% of the total voting rights of the Company and Mr Grewal's total beneficial holding has increased to 49,103 ordinary shares representing 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.
