Board Appointment

Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that Colin King has agreed to join the Board as Chief Operating Officer and will take up his appointment with effect from 3 August 2015.

Mr King has over 20 years' experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry and is currently the Managing Director of Axis-Shield Diagnostics, having joined in 1995 and held a number of positions encompassing project management, operations, planning and supply chain logistics.

Andrew Shepherd, Chief Executive of the Company said:"We would like to welcome Colin to the Board. He brings a wealth of relevant industry experience and his depth of knowledge of the in-vitro diagnostics sector will further strengthen the Omega Board."
