Cambridge Cognition Holdings Plc, which develops and markets digital solutions to assess brain health, announces that Michael Holton, Chief Financial Officer, will stand down from the Company's Board with immediate effect to focus on other opportunities.

The Board is looking to appoint a replacement Chief Financial Officer, further details of which will be announced in due course. In the intervening period, Nick Walters, Cambridge Cognition's former CFO who stood down earlier this year, will support the Company during the transition.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR"), and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
