On behalf of the Board of Regeneus Limited, I am pleased to invite you to the General Meeting of Regeneus Limited . This meeting will be held in person at the offices of the Company located at 16 Goodhope St Paddington NSW 2021 on Thursday 28[th] March 2024 commencing at 1:00pm (Sydney time).

The Company’s General Meeting will be held in person.

The items of business to be conducted at the 2024 General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Meeting as the following Resolutions:

Resolution 1: Approval to issue Consideration Shares to the CMT Shareholders Resolution 2: Change of company name

The Board recommends that shareholders vote in favour of all items of business.
