TRADING HALT

The securities of Regeneus Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 8 August 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Regeneus Ltd (Regeneus)

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Regeneus requests an immediate trading halt in its ordinary securities listed on the ASX.

Regeneus advises the following, as required under Listing Rule 17.1:

1. the trading halt is necessary as Regeneus proposes to make an announcement to the market in relation to a potential capital raising;

2. a series of presentations will be made to potential investors in the capital raising – once finalised the results of the capital raising, together with the information presented to investors will be announced to the ASX;

3. Regeneus wishes the trading halt to last until the announcements are released – expected to be prior to the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 8 August 2014; and

4. Regeneus is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX and is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
