Change of Company Secretary

Regeneus Ltd (ASX: RGS) ( Regeneus or the Company ), a clinical-stage regenerative medicine company, today announces Sandra McIntosh has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 30 June 2021. Sandra has been with Regeneus since 2009 and the Board of Directors would like to thank Sandra for the tremendous contribution Sandra has made to Regeneus both as Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Operations.

The Company is pleased to announce that Hang Ling (Helen) Leung has been appointed Company Secretary of Regeneus, effective 1 July 2021. The Board welcomes Helen to the Company and looks forward to working with her.
