CHANGE OF DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND REVISED CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Regeneus Ltd (ASX:RGS) advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the date that it will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting has been changed to Thursday 18[th] November 2021 commencing at 3 pm (Sydney time) (and not Wednesday 20[th] October 2021 as previously announced).

In accordance with clause 3.5 of Regeneus’ Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nomination for persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is now Thursday 30[th] September 2021. Any nominations (together with a consent to act as director) must be received at Regeneus’ registered office no later than 5.00pm Sydney time on 30[th] September 2021.

Details of the meeting and a formal notice of the Annual General Meeting will be made available to shareholders in Regeneus in due course.
