Cambi signs service agreement for the THP system at Damhusåen in Copenhagen

Asker, Norway, 31 March 2025

Reference is made to Cambi’s stock exchange notice from 17 June 2022 regarding a turnkey contract for a thermal hydrolysis process (THP) system for BIOFOS at the Damhusåen wastewater treatment plant in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Cambi has now signed a service agreement to provide maintenance for the THP plant in operation since September 2024, and the surrounding process equipment.

Tord Finstad, Managing Director Services at Cambi, remarked: “This agreement follows from Cambi’s strategy to enter into long-term THP service contracts, and illustrates how technology customers continue to benefit from Cambi’s support over time”.

The contract starts on 1 April 2025 and has a duration of five years.
