Conditional award of a DBO contract

Conditional award of a DBO contract

Asker, Norway, 17 February 2023

Cambi is pleased to announce that a conditional DBO contract has been awarded, with the parties entering exclusive negotiations. The award was anticipated in the third-quarter 2022 presentation, where Cambi had reiterated its expectation to enter this project development phase within not too long.

The conditions for the contract award are the successful completion of contract negotiations with the US municipality and receiving the necessary planning permissions. A firm DBO contract for the project may be signed towards the end of this year.

Cambi is developing this DBO project in collaboration with well-established local partners, in line with its strategy. The company will take a minority ownership interest and supply core technology, including the THP system.
