Cambi is now listed on Euronext Growth Oslo

Following a successful private placement, Cambi ASA shares started trading on Euronext Growth Oslo today, February 9, under the ticker “CAMBI”.

DNB Asset Management and Handelsbanken Fonder were the cornerstone investors in a transaction that values Cambi at more than NOK 2.3 billion and was five times over-subscribed.

Among Cambi’s shareholders are many high-quality institutional and private investors. “We were pleased to see great interest from Nordic, European and global investors with good reputations. Initiatives to strengthen environmental regulations and channel finance towards sustainable investments are gaining momentum around the world, driven by government pledges to fulfil the targets set out in the Paris Climate Agreement. Cambi has tremendous opportunities for growth in the coming years, and we continue to be committed to turn this potential into value for new and existing shareholders", said CEO Eirik Fadnes.

Cambi plans to grow by serving new cities, offering financed business models, and by developing the recycling business. Proceeds from the primary offering are intended to fund privately financed Design-Build-Operate (DBO) projects, as well as the international expansion of Cambi subsidiary Grønn Vekst, Norway’s leading bioresources recycling company.
