The attached admission document (the "Admission Document") has been prepared by Cambi ASA (the "Company") solely for use in connection with the admission to trading of all issued shares (the "Shares") on Euronext Growth. DNB AS has acted as Euronext Growth advisor and Manager to Cambi. Schjodt Advokatfirma has acted as legal advisor to the Company, and Wiersun Advokatfirma DA has acted as legal advisor to the Euronext Growth advisor.
