Cambi ASA: Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Cambi ASA hereby convenes an extraordinary general meeting at the company's headquarters on 29 September 2023, at 10:00 CET.

The notice is attached and includes a form for the proxy appointment and voting instructions. Shareholders are encouraged to participate through proxies registered at the latest on 28 September 2023, at 16:00 CET for simpler administration.
