Cambi ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

Cambi ASA's annual general meeting will this year be held at the company's headquarters on Wednesday, 10 May 2023, at 10:00 CET.

The notice is attached and includes forms for the registration of in-person or online attendance, proxy appointment, voting instructions or advance voting. Shareholders are encouraged to participate through advance votes or proxy registered within Tuesday, 9 May 2023 at 16:00 CET for simpler administration.
