Cambi ASA: Minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting

Asker, Norway, 29 September 2023

Cambi ASA held an extraordinary general meeting today at the company’s headquarters in Asker, Norway.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted.

Dividends payable to shareholders of NOK 0.6 per share will be distributed as a repayment of paid-in capital. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders as of 29 September 2023 (shareholders as registered in VPS on 3 October 2023), ex-date 2 October 2023.

The dividend payment is expected to occur on or around 10 October 2023.
