Cambi ASA’s annual general meeting will be held on Monday, 10 May 2021, at 10:00 CET at Skysstasjon 11A, Asker, Norway.

The notice is attached and includes forms for the registration of attendance, proxy appointment, voting instructions or advance voting. Shareholders are encouraged to participate through advance votes or proxy registered within 9 May 2021 at 16:00 CET for simpler administration.
