Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), an established provided of test and measurement solutions for the global telecommunications sector, was informed on 1 June 2022 that Tommy Cook, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 159.2 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Tommy Cook is interested in a total of 17,377,764 ordinary shares, representing 19.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
