Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), a leading provider of test and measurement solutions for the global telecommunications and cloud computing markets, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution proposed at the meeting was duly passed.

The result of the Poll is set out as follows:
