Calix Limited – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation
Description
Calix Limited (the ‘Company’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 19 July 2018.
Official quotation of the Company’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 AM AEST on Friday, 20 July 2018.
The Company raised $8,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 25 June 2018 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue 15,094,340 shares at an issue price of $0.53 per share.
