Calix Limited date of Annual General Meeting and closing date for receipt of director nominations
Sydney, Australia | 22 September 2025 – Australian environmental technology company, Calix Limited (ASX: CXL) (“Calix”) advises that its 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be a hybrid meeting at 10.00am (AEDT) on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for election as a Director is Monday, 29 September 2025, being at least 35 business days before the AGM.
Further details of the AGM, including the agenda and resolutions, will be provided in the Notice of Meeting in due course.
