On June 7, 2019, Edward A. Guiles, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of California Water Service Group (the “Company”) passed away. Mr. Guiles served as a valued member of the Board of the Company since 2008 and also served as the Chair of the Finance and Capital Investment Committee of the Board.
