Sub: Request for suspension of trading of partly paid-up equity shares pursuant to Record Date for First and Final Call

We refer to the meeting of the Board of Directors of California Software Company Limited (“the Company”) held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 , wherein the Board approved the First and Final Call on the partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company and fixed Thursday, February 05, 2026 , as the Record Date for the said call.

The Board further noted that the intimation of the said Record Date has also been disseminated to the Stock Exchange(s) where the equity shares of the Company are listed.
