Sub: Intimation of 31[st] Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 and Book Closure .

With reference to the above-captioned subject, we wish to inform you that 31th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 1.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) facility to transact the Ordinary and Special Business as set out in the Notice convening the 31st AGM, dated September 29, 2023. A copy of the Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting (https://www.calsof.com/_files/ugd/535075_e8921f660803411c989b895d838dacf4.pdf) is attached to this letter.

Further, under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2023, to Friday, September 29, 2023 (both days inclusive) for AGM.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will provide the facility for voting electronically. ("remote e-voting"). The remote e-voting period will commence on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 (10.00 a.m. IST) and end on Thursday, September 28, 2023 (5.00 p.m. IST). The voting rights of Members shall be reckoned based on the number of equity shares held by Members of the Company as of the cut-off date. i.e., September 22, 2023.
