CALIDA GROUP strengthens Board of Directors with renowned experts

The CALIDA GROUP is expanding the expertise of its Board of Directors in the areas of retail and the textile industry and strengthening its strategic orientation. The focus is on further increasing efficiency and effectiveness based on targeted product development and intensified communication of the CALIDA and AUBADE brands. Against this backdrop, the Board of Directors will propose to the shareholders of the CALIDA GROUP at the Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2026 the election of Caroline Forster and Nicole Loeb as new additional members of the Board of Directors.

Caroline Forster is an experienced leader and has been co-CEO of the globally active Forster Group in St. Gallen since 2008. The family-owned company employs around 850 people and produces embroidery for haute couture, prêt-à-porter, interiors, and lingerie, as well as technical textiles. She has many years of management experience in both operational and strategic roles and has held various board and industry mandates since 2007. Until the end of 2024, she was also a member of the Executive Committee of economiesuisse.

Nicole Loeb is an experienced entrepreneur and prominent leader in the Swiss retail sector. Since 2005, as delegate of the Board of Directors of Loeb Holding and Chair of the Board of Directors of Loeb AG, she has shaped the strategic development of this long-established, independent Swiss retail company headquartered in Bern. The trained textile business economist is also involved in key industry and economic organizations, including as a member of the board of the Swiss Retail Federation and the regional economic advisory council of the Swiss National Bank.
