CALIDA GROUP successfully completes sale of LAFUMA MOBILIER
The sale of LAFUMA MOBILIER to Peugeot Frères Industrie announced on 12 July 2024 was completed on 31 July 2024. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
