Publication of 2022 Annual Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 ("Annual Report") were posted to shareholders on 23 December 2022 together with a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the head office of Caledonian Trust, 61a North Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3LJ on Friday 24 February 2023 at 12.30 p.m.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website, www.caledoniantrust.com. Copies will also be available, free of charge, for a period of one month from the Company's head office, 61a North Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3LJ.
