Publication of 2015 Annual Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 have today been posted to shareholders together with a notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the head office of Caledonian Trust, 61A North Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3LJ on Friday 29 January 2016 at 12:30pm.

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be made available shortly on the Company's website, www.caledoniantrust.com. Copies will also be available, free of charge, for a period of one month from the Company's head office, 61 North Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3LJ.
