Notice of General Meeting for Appointment of Auditor

The Board of Caledonian Trust has today posted to shareholders a notice for a General Meeting to be held immediately following the Annual General Meeting on 31 January 2014 at 61A North Castle Street, Edinburgh EH2 3LJ. 

This is required because the Company's auditor has now confirmed that the audit will in future be carried out by KPMG LLP in place of KPMG Audit Plc.
