Result of General Meetings

The Board of Caledonian Trust is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today were duly passed by shareholders, other than in relation to the resolution to re-appoint KPMG Audit Plc because the Company's audit will in future be undertaken by KPMG LLP. 

At the General Meeting also held today immediately following the AGM, the resolution to appoint KPMG LLP as the Company's auditor was duly passed by shareholders.
