Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 9 January 2026 it purchased 45,618 of its own ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP at an average price of 380.07 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
